I launched a Mumble server. Mumble is an old fashioned free & open source VoIP software. In the past, Mumble, along with Teamspeak & Ventrilo
was used as a way for gamers to communicate over voice. From my perspective, it would seem that Discord was a bit of a "no download" alternative to
Teamspeak, Ventrilo & Mumble users that was able to pull users of those platforms to this single and convenient platform. Unlike Teamspeak,
Ventrilo & Mumble which I will refer to as the "old 3" in this thread you could use Discord from the web.
